A Nice Cup of Tea

Well, I was going to write about my love of tea and the tea ceremony, when I see a quote on Gaia about the same thing.
I love my tea, I love brewing it and the first cup in the morning is always the best. I use leaf tea from Sri Lanka, Dilmah, it's the best, clean tasting and refreshing. It's always a quiet reflective time first thing, watching the birds from the window and just easing myself into the day gently. I prefer to get up earlier and have that alone time than rush into the day's activites. Then there's the evening winding down with, yes another cup of tea, there's nothing like it.
The Four Principles of Tea:
harmony
respect
purity
tranquility
Seek those qualities daily.
